It comes equipped with adjstable A-frame legs so can be positioned or mounted anywhere, a 30W rugged solar panel powering an advanced 48Wh Li-Ion battery pack which will run for 24 hours on a single full charge. MIMO dipole technology overcomes wall and obstacles to send and recieve signals from your home wireless router and re-transmit them using a 9 decibel omni-directional antenna (external) and an internally mounted wireless antenna.
This system was designed and tested in Scotland (where there is very little sunshine!) and will operate virtually continuously on a few hours of sunlight per day. If the sun isn't coming out for a while and the battery runs down, it will spring back to life as sun as a beam of sun hits it. It has a latching switch so you can switch it off when not needed, and a 12v mains charger so you can retrieve it and charge the battery with the mains if the weather is poor. It is highly portable and light and can be easily retrieved or left permanently, whichever suits you best.
That's the beauty of this system, it isn't a permanent install with costly cables, pole mounting and infrastructure, it is a lightweight all in one unit which can be positioned anywhere and moved whenever you want.
