Ordering

Goods are easy to order, just by adding them to the basket as you go along, as soon as you wish to complete the order just follow the online instructions

We accept all major credit cards, except American Express. We also accept Electron, Solo, Switch and Visa Delta debit cards.

For an order we require the credit / debit card number, expiry date, the start date and the last three digits of the security number on the reverse of the card. For Switch cards we will also need the issue number.

Delivery

We mainly use the Royal Mail for delivery and charges are based on the weight and volume of the item. Standard delivery is just £2.99.

Orders can be delivered to addresses other than the card holders address, so long as the details are filled out on the order form.

Goods can be delivered to countries outside the U.K., an additional charge will be made for these deliveries, please contact us for details.

Returns

We hope that you are happy with your purchase but in case there is something that you are not happy with we trust in our products so much that we offer a 30 day money back guarantee, so if you're not happy with anything and it's still within 30 days of your purchase contact us and we will arrange the return and refund. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging and in a saleable condition.
