How to Place an order
Shopping with Green Stamp is very simple. Just browse through the website, click on any items that you wish to purchase and they will be added to your basket. You then click on the ‘Checkout' button after which you will be taken to our Sage secure payment gateway to complete your order.
Payment
Payment can be accepted by either credit card or Paypal through the web-site, verbally over the telephone, or by cleared cheque.
We accept payment from the following cards, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro and Solo. Your card will not be debited until your order has been despatched.
Shipping and Handling
On receipt of payment we will pick, pack and despatch your order.
We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce and selected couriers depending on the total weight of the order and speed of delivery required.

Delivery Options and Costs
Standard Delivery: 2-4 working days
If your item is in stock, we will do our best to send out your order within 1-2 days.
Depending how much your order weighs, your order will go by Royal Mail Second-Class, standard parcel, or by courier.
Priority Delivery: next working day
This is guaranteed to arrive faster - your order will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by courier, and should arrive the next working day after we send it. If your order is placed before 11.00 we aim to despatch the same day on a 24 hour service, priority orders received after this time will be despatched the next day. There are some items that cannot be sent on a priority service, if the service is not available for an item it will say this on the product page.
Some of our goods are shipped directly to you by the manufacturer, if this is the case and it means a slightly longer lead time you will be informed.
Orders can be delivered to addresses other than the card holder's address, so long as the details are filled out on the order form. Please contact us for International postage rates.
Free Delivey is applied to your order when you spend £75. Unfortunately, we cannot extend this offer to all products when delivered to certain postcodes as we have to use a courier service based on volumetric weight and as such some of the garden products have high delivery charges for some areas.
Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland
Where possible we will dispatch orders using Royal Mail, however some larger products and orders incur an additional charge this may be due to volumetric weight.
We will contact you if these charges affect your order.
Back Orders
On our website we endeavour to indicate when an item is available but in the unfortunate event of products being out of stock we will back order it for you. If it's going to be longer than a few days you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

We use Sage Pay payment processing (formally Protx), they do not disclose any financial information to us or and other party. We try to keep packaging to a minimum and re-use material as much as possible. We only use plastic packaging that we are given through our contacts with local businesses who are only too happy to offload their unwanted packaging. |
