Returns

We hope that you are happy with your purchase but in case there is something that you are not happy with we trust in our products so much that we offer a 30 day money back guarantee, so if you're not happy with anything and it's still within 30 days of your purchase contact us and we will arrange the return and refund.

To return goods we ask you to e-mail returns@greenstamp.co.uk stating the reasons you wish to return the goods or call us 01637 854717. We will then explain how to return the goods.

Faulty Goods

After 28 days if goods become faulty they must be returned to the address below to be tested, if found to be faulty, a replacement will be sent out immediately.  Please keep a copy of your proof of postage.

The refund will only be made to the original card used to make the purchase.

For your own protection we advise that goods returned to us are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery quoting your Returns Number. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods retuned to us by Royal Mail standard delivery.

The above does not affect your customer statutory rights.
